Payment Confirmation
Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive an email from us
confirming your order. Kool Depot would send out your order
within 3 working days by COURIER. Normally, you would receive your
order within 5 days.
Availability of products
In case the product you ordered is currently unavailable,
Kool Depot will inform you for a replacement or refund.
You can replace a product with similar value or request us to
credit the amount back into your account.
Refund
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
