Wild Honeysuckle Flower, Common Self-heal Fruit-Spike, Tokyo Violet Herb, Chrysanthemum, Reed Rhizome, Huo Hu Stem, Peppermint, Tangerine Peel, Liquorice, Green Tea.


DIRECTIONS:
- Place 1 or 2 teabags in a cup and add about 200ml of hot water. Allow to steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
This tea may be consumed before or after meals, 2 to 3 times a day. Honey may be added to sweeten the beverage as well as enhance the effects.
