This herbal formula is traditionally brewed to make a delicious tea. Served hot, it is efficacious in clearing away excess 'heatiness' (by nourishing the yin energy) and detoxifies the system.

Heritage® Cooling Detox Herbal Tea soothes and eases a bad throat, clarifies the complexion, removes redness and discomfort of the eyes and, gently settles gastro-intestinal discomforts such as nausea and distension.

Directions:
Place 1 to 2 teabags in a cup and add about 200mL of hot water. Allow to steep for 3- 5 minutes. This tea may be consumed before or after meals, 2 to 3 times a day. Honey may be added to sweetenthe beverage as well as enhance the effects.

Consume within 6 months upon opening.

cooling in nature; quenches thirst, reduces red eye;nourish Yin and; increase fluids
- Herba Menthae (Peppermint) 0.1g, Pericartium Citri Reticulatae (Tangerine Peel) 0.1g, radix Glycyrrhizae (Licorice) 0.2g:
detoxifying; relieves sore throat and mouth ulcers; eases headaches; soothes discomfort and distension in the chest and stomach; replenish and improve flow of Qi
- Camellia Sinensis ( Green tea) 0.6g:
acts a base to harmonize the formulation
