DIRECTIONS:
Children 1-5 years: Approx. 1/3 of a teaspoon of powder (~0.5g) a day.
Children 5-10 years: Approx. 1/2 of a teaspoon of powder (~0.75g) a day.
Adult: Approx. 1 teaspoon of powder (~1.5g) a day.
