We understand that delivery via courier service may cost too much for smaller purchases. Hence, you can opt for your purchase to be delivered to you via registered post by Singpost.

Processing and Delivery Time
Orders will be shipped via Singapore Post registered mail. We will make the delivery arrangements and once your order is delivered, we will email to you the tracking numbers and information on the tracking of the delivery. Please inform is if your delivery has not reached you after 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation.
Damages or Loss
Your order is connsidered fulfilled once we hand off the parcel to SingPost. In the unlikely event that your order is lost , misdirected or damaged in transit, we will provide you with the assistance to refer the issue to SingPost. We will also do our utmost to assist you in the claims towards SingPost.
