Local Delivery (Singapore)
Customer can choose whether to Self Pick-up at Kool Depot’s
office or delivery by COURIER.

Upon confirmation of payment, Kool Depot would call the
buyers within 3 working days that the orders are ready for
pick-up and confirm the date and time of collection.
All local COURIER delivery is free of charge if your purchases
are at or above $150. For purchases below $150, customers would be
charged $15.00 as the delivery fee. We use Singapore Post or
standard local courier service. Do expect a slight delay if
there is no one at your indicated delivery address to receive
the goods. The courier person may try to contact you to schedule
alternate delivery days.
Upon confirmation of payment, Kool Depot would send out
your order within 3 working days by COURIER. Normally, you would
receive your order within 5 days.
Availability of products
In case the product you ordered is currently unavailable,
Kool Depot will inform you for a replacement or refund.
You can replace a product with similar value or request us to
credit the amount back into your account.
Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
For health reasons, under no circumstances do we accept any
returns of products. However, should you be unhappy with our
products, all requests related to refunds submitted are subjected
to approval on a case to case basis.
In order to safeguard you as a consumer, we will destroy
any valid returned goods. Please be assured that all products
are purchased directly from the original source and are visually
inspected before shipping.
All decisions related to refunds are at the sole discretion
of Kool Depot.
We will never put returned products up for sale again.
This policy is strictly enforced as this is a matter of
business ethics.
